Our Staff

Stephen began serving as the Pastor of Deer Park Baptist in December 2009. Stephen and his wife Pam were married in December 1990 and have two children and one grandson.  Their son Matthew graduated from The Citadel in 2017 and married his high school sweetheart Jeanne in June 2018. Their daughter Catherine graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education and teaches 5th grade. Catherine married her high school sweetheart Tyler in November 2020.

Stephen earned a B.S from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from North Greenville University. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors hunting, fishing, playing golf, and hiking with his wife to see waterfalls.
